In the summer of 2019, we put sharing into practice through art education volunteering. We alternated between technique-focused lessons and those that encouraged creative thinking to ensure students didn't lose their joy for art.

A few months after the four-week program ended, we received a thank-you message from a parent whose child had won the grand prize at a school art competition. Some moments just feel right. Our volunteering was one of those moments.
