In Pohang, if you slip onto the side road just before the highway interchange and follow the winding path through a small tunnel and up a hill, you’ll find a cozy little arts high school. The three of us landed there for our own reasons, but that’s where we became close. Driven by the shared dream of working together, we eventually came together to form Team Cualeunu.

To work as a team, we needed a shared direction and a solid foundation. We took the “3Hs”—Heart, Head, and Hand—and reinterpreted them through our own lens, settling on Dream, Knowing, and Sharing as our core values.

A team’s philosophy isn’t something you can just force into existence, and Cualeunu was no exception. While these values served as a compass for our projects, there were times when they didn't quite land—feeling distant, like voices muffled deep underwater. Still, we’ve gathered the moments where we stood on our tiptoes, reaching to discover what it truly means to do work that is "Cualeunu-like."
