[How to Request a Return]
-To request a return or exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM (@cualeunu) or email (cualeunu@gmail.com) with your reason for the return. Include your name, contact information, order number, and item name. For bank transfers, please include your refund account details.
-Once confirmed, we will arrange a courier pickup for you. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after the product arrives and its condition is verified.
