Returns or exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges or refunds are not available for the following reasons:
Minor paper wrinkles or surface scratches.
Slight color variations between the screen and the actual product.
Natural characteristics of Riso printing (ink mixing, smudging, roller marks, or back staining).
Natural variations in hand-stamping (slight placement shifts, ink density, or border marks).
Change of mind.

Items torn or heavily soiled during transit.
Receipt of the wrong item (Incorrect shipping).
[How to Request a Return]
-To request a return or exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM (@cualeunu) or email (cualeunu@gmail.com) with your reason for the return. Include your name, contact information, order number, and item name. For bank transfers, please include your refund account details.
-Once confirmed, we will arrange a courier pickup for you. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after the product arrives and its condition is verified.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging (capsules, boxes, etc.).
Cualeunu covers all shipping costs for manufacturing defects.
Please use our designated courier service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs if a different carrier is used.
Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will be treated as returns, and round-trip shipping fees will apply.
