Exchanges or refunds are not available for the following reasons:

• Minor paper wrinkles or surface scratches.

• Slight color variations between the screen and the actual product.

• Natural characteristics of Riso printing (ink mixing, smudging, roller marks, or back staining).

• Natural variations in hand-stamping (slight placement shifts, ink density, or border marks).

• Change of mind.

• Items torn or heavily soiled during transit.

• Receipt of the wrong item (Incorrect shipping).

[How to Request a Return]

-To request a return or exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM (@cualeunu) or email (cualeunu@gmail.com) with your reason for the return. Include your name, contact information, order number, and item name. For bank transfers, please include your refund account details.

-Once confirmed, we will arrange a courier pickup for you. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after the product arrives and its condition is verified.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging (capsules, boxes, etc.).

• Cualeunu covers all shipping costs for manufacturing defects.

• Please use our designated courier service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs if a different carrier is used.

• Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will be treated as returns, and round-trip shipping fees will apply.
